Laurren, better known as L has been a licensed massage therapists and Public Speaker for over 7 years. She is also a student of African American history & Somatic Experiencing passionate about healing from the inside out & from the root cause!
She has blended all of her studies to bring about an integrative approach to the world of holistic healing for Black Women& WOC that focuses on aiding them toward trusting their intuition and innate capacity to heal within the body & nervous system. L champions herself as a healing justice advocate focused on freedom from the constraints of systemic oppression & imbalance and believes that everyone has the power to live, breath & lead a life that reflects their truest selves.
When she is not serving her sista-clients, L loves to spend time playing with her son & finding creative spaces to celebrate black culture and connection
