Policies
Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to scheduled service for a FULL REFUND. Appointments canceled after this time window will be charged in FULL to the card on file.
NO SHOW Policy: All no show services will be charged in FULL to the card on file. A no show is determined by anyone who shows up 30 or more minutes after the scheduled time of service.
Late Policy: Any client who arrives 15 or more minutes after the start time of the scheduled service is considered late and will be subject to a $15 late fee. Please do your best to arrive 5-10 min prior to your appointment for verbal intake and to ensure you are on time.
Please note that practitioner’s time and income are greatly impacted by late cancellations and no shows. We ask that our clients operate out of the same integrity and grace as we do during service :)
